Kerry Phillips was born and raised in Utah, and is proud to be helping others find their place in this state that she loves. She left Utah for ASU for college, receiving an undergraduate degree theater and dance, and a graduate degree in PR and Journalism. Her career in TV news sent her to Montana, Texas and Iowa for 10 years as an anchor and reporter, and returned to Utah in 2008. From 2008 – 2020 she worked in marketing and sales in our incredible ski industry.  

In 2020 she received her Real Estate license to work in a field that she’s passionate about, following a healthy interest in home shows and as a decades long DIYer.

Kerry is a Pricing Strategy Advisor who believes in ‘service over selling’. She feels connected to the people she helps in the process, regardless of whether or not they’re a buyer or seller. It’s personal for her. Moving your life is a ‘moving’ experience, and Kerry wants the best for the people she helps and does everything she can to make it the most positive experience possible for everyone involved. 

 Kerry is a self-proclaimed workaholic, so anytime she can get with family and friends (especially if that’s spent traveling) is welcomed. She enjoys yoga, dance, workouts, anything to do with water, along with golf, tennis or pickleball (although she doesn’t keep score.)
