Nancy Holder Pinnell grew up in Salt Lake City, where her early exposure to construction through her father sparked a lifelong passion for real estate and design. In 1998, she and her husband purchased a historic home on Park Avenue in Park City. They stripped it to the studs, lifted it by crane to add a new foundation, and fully restored it—an experience that reignited her love for construction and inspired her to pursue a career in real estate.

Nancy earned her real estate license in 2003 and began her career with the Tracy Burton Team, where she worked alongside friends from Snowbird. She later transitioned to Coldwell Banker’s Park City office to focus on the Park City market, developing deep expertise in mountain and luxury properties.

Now back in Sandy, Nancy is excited to bring her experience, integrity, and passion for homes to Forte Real Estate Group, where she looks forward to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
