My name is Preston Tait and I am an agent who understands the gravity of investing in and selling real estate. I previously worked in corporate retail management for 15 years, after which I was able to open my own retail store. The investment I made into my store has helped me gain a better understanding into what my clients are looking for, as purchasing real estate is one of the most significant investments a person will make in their lifetime. My experience in the corporate retail world coupled with my passion for working and interacting with people provided a natural path into the real estate industry. Many of my close friends and colleagues encouraged me to pursue this path, so when an opportunity presented to move into real estate, I made the leap and haven’t looked back. Over the years I have worked in real estate, I have had great success, which I believe is fueled by how much I care about my clients and their success.
